Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the January 9, 2014 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Raymond Vaillancourt, Thaddeus Buczko and Sumner Jones
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Driscoll at 5:30 P.M.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 12, 2013 meeting. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously.
Three statements were received from the Cemetery Commissioners for the Dickson Chapel; one for heating and two for work completed on the chapel. Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve payment from the Dickson Chapel Fund. The motion was seconded by Raymond Vaillancourt and voted unanimously (Anthony Montoni Construction - $720.00, Morin Fabricating, Inc. -$95.00, Stadium Oil Heat - $151.78).
A third statement was received from the Cemetery Commissioners from Cicoria Tree Services for extensive work completed at Greenlawn Cemetery for $7,000.00. The Cemetery Commission requested funding from the Meldon Fund for these services.
The Board will review and approve this request at their February meeting.
The Financial Advisors from the Eastern Bank will attend the next meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
